Payday Ledger

Making money easier to keep track of

When money moves faster than a bank balance updates, it takes work to understand what is left. We’re exploring a clearer daily view for people who want useful information without another demanding chore.

What we’re exploring

Our private prototype brings reported balances, working estimates, payment confirmations, and recent activity into one phone-friendly dashboard. A person can add missing activity or correct a balance, with the changes kept in the calculation history.

Where it stands

The personal trial is underway. Bank updates can be delayed; faster purchase capture through phone shortcuts is still being investigated. A version for other users would need separate private records and further testing. Public signup is not available.

Would this help you?

Would a daily money overview, a bill reminder, or a clearer spending estimate help you most?

Shift Manager

A clearer view of every shift

A callout can turn a simple schedule into a string of calls, spreadsheets, and recalculations. Managers need to see who is available, how many hours people will work, and which shifts remain uncovered.

What we’re exploring

Our private demo explores scheduling and attendance for small teams. The development direction includes scheduled versus actual hours, overnight shifts, projected overtime, and a clear view of uncovered hours—all usable from a phone.

Where it stands

A private working demo exists, with testing and business requirements still under review. Public access and pricing have not been announced. Pay rules and exceptions need to be validated for each intended use.

SOP Drafting Assistant

Turn spoken experience into usable instructions

The person who knows how a job works does not always have time to turn that knowledge into a clear manual. Important details can stay in someone’s head or become scattered across messages.

What we’re exploring

The idea is to explain a procedure in ordinary language, then receive an organized draft with steps, responsibilities, and questions about missing details. A reviewer would approve the instructions before anyone relies on them.

Where it stands

This is a concept, not an available service. The first milestone would be a sample procedure with a clear draft-to-review workflow and printable and online versions.

Would this help you?

What procedure would you most like to explain once and turn into a useful document?

Build from real needs

Your experience can shape the next project.

A rough description is enough to start. Tell us the problem, what you do today, and what would make it easier. Please leave account numbers and other sensitive details out of your message.
